"Identification of parameters of electrical machines is a frequently appearing problem, both in output control and in operational measurement and prevention of malfunctioning. The project is focused especially on electro-mechanical converters) of smallandmedium power output. The goal is, to reach a satisfactory accordance between the results provided by simulation and those provided by experiments. Emphasis will be placed especially on virtual instrumentalisation, data transfer and the correspondingdigi tal data processing. With regard to the fact that the project is concerned with electro-mechanical converters, it will be necessary to process both electrical and non-electrical magnitudes. Moreover, considerable precision is required, even intransient states. The project is expected to provide a theoretical outline of methods suitable for the parameter identification of electro-mechanical converters. Selected methods will then be applied.
