The nucleus reprogramming is also essential for the production of high quality embryos that are subsequently used for the establishment of embryonic stem cell lines. The process of reprogramming is largely unknown and rather very inefficient. We pian to study the process of reprogramming in more details. Presently, for the induction of reprogramming, the oocytes in metaphase II are almost exclusively u\u0161ed.
