This co-existence can be inhibitory or stimulatory for the bacterial community as some of these interactions might be essential for or significantly affect the growth of bacterial phyla or even single species. To demonstrate the importance of these interactions we want to investigate the seasonal changes in bacterial abundance and community composition related to the impact of different seasonal developing phytoplankton blooms in the meso-eutrophic R\u00EDmov-Reservoir (Czech Republic).
