Functional studies of the Wnt/PCP pathway in disease conditions are hampered by lack of suitable readouts, lack of potent and specific reagents, and by inherent patient-specific differences. We aim to overcome these difficulties by studying the role of the Wnt/PCP signaling pathway in the pathobiology of CLL using novel methodologies, which can be applied in each patient.
