"Knowledge of cross-sections of astrophysically interesting reactions in the region of stellar energies is necessary for understanding the nucleosynthesis of elements, explanation of the observed abundances or as a decisive argument for different primordial nucleosynthesis theories. In the last years, indirect methods develop and they can overcome some serious difficulties connected to experiments with direct methods and they have even a potential to obtain data that are not accessible by direct methods. We propose to use indirect ANC and THM methods to obtain experimental data for selected astrophysical reactions and moreover we plan to investigate advanced applications of ANC method: Using the properties of ANC and charge symmetry of nuclear forces, it is in principal possible to extract (p,gamma) ANC from (d,p) reaction on mirror nucleus. ANC method appears also very promising for eliminating the dependence of spectroscopic factors on the single-particle potentials, which is one of the sources of inaccuracy of SF measured by transfer reactions.
