V\u00A0projektu navrhujeme studovat oboj\u00ED spolu s\u00A0teplotn\u00EDm v\u00FDvojem mikrostruktury pro r\u016Fzn\u00E9 typy nanomateri\u00E1l\u016F s\u00A0reprezentanty vybran\u00FDmi na z\u00E1klad\u011B p\u0159edchoz\u00EDch studi\u00ED a praktick\u00E9ho v\u00FDznamu \u2013 amorfn\u00ED a nanokrystalick\u00E9 tenk\u00E9 vrstvy, nanopr\u00E1\u0161ky a nanotrubky (zejm\u00E9na TiO2) a submikrokrystalick\u00E9 objemov\u00E9 materi\u00E1ly. Z\u00E1kladn\u00ED metodou bude rtg difrakce, zejm\u00E9na za vysok\u00FDch teplot, jako technika, kter\u00E1 je schopna poskytnout \u0159adu informac\u00ED z\u00A0jedin\u00E9ho z\u00E1znamu \u2013 f\u00E1zov\u00E9 slo\u017Een\u00ED, zbytkov\u00E9 nap\u011Bt\u00ED, mikrodeformaci resp. hustotu dislokac\u00ED, velikost krystalit\u016F, texturu, pod\u00EDl krystalick\u00E9 f\u00E1ze- dopln\u011Bn\u00E1 dal\u0161\u00EDmi metodami. "For different kind of nanocrystalline materials the problems of crystallization, recrystallization and thermal stability are key issues, in particular for their practical applications. Usually only transition temperatures are searched rather than kinetics of these phenomena. Both will be studied together with the evolution of microstructure for different nanomaterials with the representatives selected at the beginning on the base of previous studies and also of practical interest \u2013 thin films, nanopowders, nanotubes (titania) and submicrocrystalline bulk materials. Main method will be X-ray diffraction (especially at high temperatures) as a technique providing different kind of information \u2013 phase composition, stress, strain, crystallite size, preferred orientation, crystalline fraction \u2013 \u00A0from a single pattern, complemented by other methods. Special attention will be devoted to study of influence of stress acting in the films with different thickness on their crystallization, influence of stored deformation energy on recrystallization in submicrocrystalline metals."@en . . .
