There are multiple uncertainties demanding fundamental research of mechanisms and microbiology of those processes in real conditions. A new method, temperature gradient gel electrophoresis, will be adopted, which should contribute to the understanding of microbiology involved in the process. To monitor the biodegradability the unique method of CO2 production measurement by gas chromatography will be improved and applied. The synergy of the two methodics is original and has not been applied in the field yet. The principal question of the material\u2019s biodegradability under real conditions, alone, is very actual and urgent as well."@en .
