Zpracov\u00E1n\u00EDm vznik\u00E1 struktura tvo\u0159en\u00E1 vysok\u00FDm pod\u00EDlem globulitick\u00FDch \u010D\u00E1stic metastabiln\u00EDho austenitu, kter\u00E9 jsou ulo\u017Eeny v ledeburitick\u00E9m s\u00ED\u0165ov\u00ED, kter\u00E9 je v porovn\u00E1n\u00ED s austenitem velmi tvrd\u00E9 a k\u0159ehk\u00E9. Na z\u00E1klad\u011B nov\u00E9 my\u0161lenky se v p\u0159edb\u011B\u017En\u00FDch zkou\u0161k\u00E1ch poda\u0159ilo zcela p\u0159evr\u00E1tit charakter struktury. Na oceli se zv\u00FD\u0161en\u00FDm obsahem vanadu byla z\u00EDsk\u00E1na struktura, kde uvnit\u0159 struktury jsou nam\u00EDsto austenitu dispergov\u00E1ny tvrd\u00E9 karbidy ulo\u017Een\u00E9 v kovov\u011B-karbidick\u00E9 matrici. Vzhledem k velmi vysok\u00FDm tvrdostem strukturn\u00EDch slo\u017Eek lze p\u0159edpokl\u00E1dat, \u017Ee nov\u011B vytvo\u0159en\u00E1 struktura bude m\u00EDt nejen mimo\u0159\u00E1dnou pevnost, ale i vysokou ot\u011Bruvzdornost. Hlavn\u00EDm c\u00EDlem projektu je pochopen\u00ED tohoto fenom\u00E9nu a zejm\u00E9na pak stanoven\u00ED parametr\u016F vhodn\u00FDch pro dosa\u017Een\u00ED zm\u00EDn\u011Bn\u00E9 struktury uveden\u00FDm postupem." . "Effect of Forming in Semi-Solid State on Evolution of Microstructure of Powder Metallurgy Steels"@en . "Recently, a new method of processing material in semi-solid state was introduced at the applicant's institution. The method uses small input stock with about 1 mm thick wall. Up to now, thixoforming has been used for processing of steels with a relatively wide solidus-liquidus temperature range. One of those is the X210Cr12 grade. The processing produces microstructures with high proportion of globular particles of metastable austenite embedded in ledeburite network, the latter being very hard and brittle when compared to austenite. A novel concept led to successful inversion of the microstructure configuration in preliminary tests. In a steel with elevated vanadium content, a microstructure was obtained with hard carbides dispersed in metal-carbide matrix. Given the high hardness of microstructure components, the new microstructure is likely to show extraordinary strength and wear resistance. The key objective of this project is to gain understanding of this phenomenon and, in particular, find the parameters for this microstructure to be produced by this method."@en . "1"^^ . . . . . . .
