"The idea of optimal development of pupils\u00B4 and teachers\u00B4 personalities, and especially their creativity, is again in the limelight within the bounds of the Czech school transformation. Although an intensive attention was paid to these question for several decades abroad, the Czech pedagogy is interested in these questions only a little. The project concentrates on partial elimination of the deficit and that is why the aim is to clear out all the conditions and ways of development of the activity, independence and creativity of pupils, based on detailed analysis of results obtained, based on own researches and using the experience of innovative teachers. A close co-operation of specialists in pedagogy and psychologists represents an important feature ofthe project. The results should be as follows : working out the ways of implementation of gradual development of independence and creativity of pupils, including thecreativity stimulation programmes designs, sable by teachers in their everyday activitie"@en .
