Suggestions of models respect economy, social and environmental dimension. In presents classical econometric models have used for a solving of presentation problem most often. These models havedifferent complexity, design difficulty and degree of accuracy. Methods of Soft Computing provide the benefit of superior processing of nonlinear dependences in comparison with econometric methods.
