"Based on the already undertaken research within previous grant, which was finished in 2004, we stated a very different knowledge and skills level of managers in the Czech Republic and the USA, this was described in our professional literature. The Czech management stated at the symposiums and round tables that there is a larger leadership quality comparison of Czech and other European countries managers missing. That is why we will collect many empirical data concerning Austrian a German managers, who are working in the Czech Republic or in their home-country. We will interpreting the findings and communicate it further by efficient means. Our aim, therefore, is to describe the current level of European management, confront their leadership methods, confront their knowledge and skills, as well as visions and points of view, and compare it with a complex situation in the Czech Republic.
