"The aim of the project is to analyse economic-political systems in relation to railway transport using own methodology. Detailed analysis of historical development and a broader context of expansion of railways will result in formulating the conditions, which are favourable to railway transport development, under which the railway transport functions well and efficiently. The purpose of the project is not to propose a concrete reform of a concrete transport company, but to propose fundamental changes ofinstitutional position of railway transport in the country's economic/political system. Then a portfolio of possible solutions of the transport concept regarding railway transport will be created within the theory of economic policy.
