"The retail trade belongs to those industries that significantly depends on territorial conditions, it means on resources distribution in the territory. These resources are buying funds of population with locally and regionally different level ofconcentration given by demographic and socio-economic factors (age, income, habits) and population mobility (customers). Different concentration of population buying power on the territory if we take in account the undertaking profitability leads todifferent retail undertaking conditions on the one hand (economies of scale) and different shopping conditions on the other hand (accessibility of shopping capacities first of all). This brings to a lot of regions necessarily a significant decrease ofshopping place accessibility and so decreases the level of satisfying basic needs of population.
