"The failing of our enterprises is mostly caused by their unsufficient competitiveness, what is evident from the facts connected with the failure of a great number of them, big, small as well as medium sized. This situation results in their insufficient efficiency to supply the market with products and services, accepted by customers. The project is based on comprehensive knowledge of the topic resulting from the research and pedagogical activity of proponets, on the survey of the literature, contacts with the managements of many companies, and from the results of case studies at selected enterprises. New information on management of fundamental substructures and their problems will be obtained and analyzed. The project will result in processing set of proposals and methods of their implementation, and consequent raising competitive ability and prosperity of firms. The project is heading for the enrichment of teaching at Czech universities and wider publicity of conclusions."@en .
