The study designed by us would cover all important areas, starting by an uptake ofxenobiotic, its biotransformation, formation of reactive, carcinogenic intermediates and their biological effects, the ability of the biological system to deal with a such damage as well as secondary processes associated with an exposure to adversechemical. The crutial role of DNA repair process in the cascade of genotoxic effects will be given proper attention.
