"The aim of the project is a systemic study of the development of the reaction on nociceptive stimuli, from birth up to the period, when the reaction no more differs from that, in adults, which was not described up to now there extist only partial studies). Three different methods of painful stimulation are intended to be used - 2 heat and 1 electric stimulation. Simultaneously two analgetic subsystems will be investigated: opioid and dopaminergic ones (there are partial literature data on them).
