"0"^^ . . "1"^^ . "The aim of this project is to contribute to an elucidation of the interactions of myb gene products with isolated biological macromolecules and isolated cellular structures. This will contribute to better understanding of the mechanism of v-myb oncogene and c-myb proto-oncogene action in the processes of cellular differentiation and transformation. Linked up with our data obtained recently, to perform ultrastructural characterization of these interactions on the models of avian cells and insect cells ofbaculovirus expression syst\u00E9m containing v-myb and c-myb gene inserts. The project is directed to two major research areas. The first one represents morphological analysis of Myb proteins interactions with isolated intact or modified nuclear and nucleol ar chromatin, interactions with transcription complex and nucleolar RNP.
