Existuje \u0159ada excitabiln\u00EDch reakc\u00ED: pat\u0159\u00ED mezi n\u011B jak anorganick\u00E9 reakce (nap\u0159. zn\u00E1m\u00E1 B\u011Blousovova-\u017Dabotinsk\u00E9ho (BZR), tzv. sm\u00ED\u0161en\u00E1 Landoltova (SLR)), tak i biochemick\u00E9 reakce (nap\u0159. p\u0159enos CAMP p\u0159es bun\u011B\u010Dnou membr\u00E1nu, enzymov\u00E9 pH oscil\u00E1tory, intracelul\u00E1rn\u00ED kinetika Ca iont\u016F). Experiment\u00E1ln\u00ED \u010D\u00E1st studie spo\u010D\u00EDv\u00E1 v aplikaci metody odezvov\u00FDch k\u0159ivek na dva experiment\u00E1ln\u00ED syst\u00E9my - BZR a SLR v prom\u00EDch\u00E1van\u00E9 reak\u010Dn\u00ED cele a v kask\u00E1d\u011B dvou a t\u0159\u00ED cel.
