"In the field of analytical electrophoresis hyphenation of electrophoretic techniques, isotachophoresis and zone electrophoresis, with mass spectrometry will be developed. Necessary facilities will be designed and constructed. The aim will be to reach maximum advantage of this hyphenation technique so as it can be u\u0161ed for analyses of various trace components in various samples with complex matrices, especially in pharmacology and clinical biochemistry. Behavior of concentration discontinuities will be studied using computer simulations.
