Their description is traditionally based only on the colour, fluorescence in UV light, microchemical tests and chemical composition. More recently the spectroscopic methods have been adopted. Within this project, direct phase analysis via the X-ray microdiffraction and further testing of the voltametry of microparticles is planned. Beside the more detailed material microanalysis, the advanced possibilities of the light and electron microscopies will be highlighted - the study of microstructural patterns.
