Kombinac\u00ED vlastnost\u00ED ter\u010De a zp\u016Fsobu oza\u0159ov\u00E1n\u00ED lze doc\u00EDlit rentgenov\u00E9 emise definovan\u00FDch spektr\u00E1ln\u00EDch a intenzitn\u00EDch parametr\u016F v oboru energi\u00ED foton\u016F od stovek eV do zhruba deseti keV. V obdobn\u00E9m spektr\u00E1ln\u00EDm p\u00E1smu vyza\u0159uj\u00ED i kompaktn\u00ED Z-pin\u010De produkuj\u00EDc\u00EDch del\u0161\u00ED impulsy o ni\u017E\u0161\u00ED hustot\u011B v\u00FDkonu, ale vy\u0161\u0161\u00ED celkov\u00E9 energii. Dal\u0161\u00ED zdroje poskytnou vysoce koherentn\u00ED z\u00E1\u0159en\u00ED s energi\u00ED foton\u016F v oboru des\u00EDtek eV zes\u00EDlen\u00EDm spont\u00E1nn\u00ED emise ve sloupci plazmatu vytvo\u0159en\u00E9m za ur\u010Dit\u00FDch podm\u00EDnek dopadem line\u00E1rn\u011B fokusovan\u00E9ho svazku v\u00FDkonov\u00E9ho laseru na povrch pevn\u00E9ho ter\u010De. Tyto rentgenov\u00E9 lasery jsou, stejn\u011B jako intenz\u00EDvn\u00ED nekoherentn\u00ED zdroje ve v\u00FD\u0161e zm\u00EDn\u011B" . . . . . . . . . "The objective of this proposal is to develop a co-ordinate effort towards a routine generation of high-brightness pulsed X-ray radiation to be used in a new class of scientific and technological applications. The sources are based on a hot localised plasma generated in several different ways. The first one is a point focus of laser beam on a solid target. The radiative output can be controlled by combination of target properties and of illumination regime within an interval of hundreds eV to tens keV. The same spectral band is covered by the Z-pinch emission, which produces longer pulses of higher energy. The remaining two sources give a highly monochromatic radiation with a photon energy of tens of eV. Their principle is the amplified spontaneouemission from a plasma column formed under well defined conditions either by a line focus of a high power laser beam.
