The standing experimental device which uses the flowing DC glow discharge as a plasma source will be used. The experiments will be done in an activedischarge as well as during the post-discharge. The effect of the wall temperature on the processes in the plasma will be studied, too. For the observation the optical emission and mass spectroscopies will be used. We can test the use of the synchronic detection, too. The study in the gas mixtures mentioned in the project title could lead to the significant extension of our knowledge about the influence of the carbon containing traces on the kinetic processes in the pure nitrogen. The measurement of polymeric material degradation and consequentional carbon chains desorption by the CN chemiluminiscence is an application goal of the project.
