"18"^^ . . . "Application of the new low temperature hollow cathode plasma jet deposition technology for the preparing of perovskite structures will be investigated. The deposition technology will be mainly developed to realization structures of BaxSr1-xTiO3, PbZr1-xTixO3, and other perovskite materials promising for applications in modern electronic devices. Plasma in deposition system will be analyzed by emission spectroscopy, Langmuir probe, and measurement of plasma impedance and ion flux on the substrate. The effort will be focused on the study and development of new methods of perovskite films characterization in the microwave range and on the problems with the determination of refractive index profile and polarization profile. The basic parameters of prepared perovskite structures will be determined by spectral ellipsometry and dielectric and absorption spectroscopy. Study of temperature behavior of spectroscopic active ion (Cr3+, Mn4+) luminescence will give information about"@en .
