The objective of the project is to suggest convenient models for hazard rates, reflecting the typical problems encountered in technical reliability studies. The techniques of estimation and testing wil be developed together with a proper theoretical support. A practical objective consists in development of (and unified) approach to analysis, including algorithms and software.The project is motivated by the fact that the hazard regression models of counting processes offer a very convenient and promising apparatus for analysis of rather complicated structure of dependencies in technical systems.
