"The project proposal aims on scheduling in heterogeneous distributed systems, consisting of processors with different computational power interconnected by network of differently fast links. We would like to continue inn the previous work, which was oriented on scheduling of applications described by directed acyclic graphs to full graph computing architectures. We would like to study effects of restrictions in mapping of tasks on processors, effects of architectures based on incomplete graphs, and effects of goal functions typical for real-time systems. The integral part of the solution will be a simulation framework allowing us to provide necessary experiments.
