The main objective is to propose a class of dynamical probabilistic models based consistently on the random point processes (generalized Poisson processes, counting and marked processes, compound/cumulative processes) and to develop further the tools of statistical analysis of these models. The processes will be characterized by the intensity of events like the failures or other events important for the state of system, and by the distribution and parameters of increments in compound processes, respectively. The time-dependent models and the models of dependence (regression) on a set of factors, covariates, will be considered. Properties of the models and methods of model identification, optimization, detection of changes and prediction of system behaviour will be studied.
