The aim of the project is to developt effective method for slag behaviour evaluation. Slag behaviour determine all surface reactions and also heterogeneous reaction on slag methal interface. Development of above mentioned methods help us to introduce effective and cheap control method for VD and VOD processes. The proposed method will use crucial importance of slag/metal/gas interface for metallurgical reaction kinetics Interface apparance define kinetics of main metallurgical reactions. Quantitative evaluation of this interface apparance will be made with a help of computer image analysis.
