Methodology that will be elaborated using new results from experimental measurements enables to determine optimal minimal number of seismic stations to obtain necessary accuracy of seismic loading of individual buildings and structures. New scientific background for methodology elaboration for preparation of seismological, geological and eventually building materials for application in otherregions with similar conditions will be second task of project. Special attention will be pointed on methods in spectral domain. The aim will be to perform express method for evaluation of reducing or increasing factors in given point. Results from mathematical modeling will be integral parts of all interpretations. Continuation in planar calculations and expansion to spatial ones of seismic impacts will be tasks for modeling.
