"The topic of the project is modelling of the process of disintegration of the degraded layer of construction materials by high-velocity water jets during their preparation for repair action. The optimum parameters for technological processes used for surface preparation before application of repair materials in civil engineering will be specified on model materials with artificially prepared corroded layers. Destructive action of high-velocity water jet on concretes of various qualities and corrosiondamage degree will be studied both experimentally and theoretically. Experimental tests are submitted with the emphasis to the subsequent practical utilization of acquired knowledge for disintegration of concrete during repairs of concrete constructions in civil engineering, degraded by sulphur and carbon oxides, water by phase transformations and by chemical defrosting means.
