"The fundamental of the project consists in the selection and optimization from time-frequency transforms from Cohen class for evaluation of measurement of research character on railway (tramline) structures. Designed methods and proceedings will be tested by analyses of dynamic consequences to selected structures of railway superstructure (from the point of view of safety of operation and spread of vibratos on critical parts - fastenings of rails, switches) in laboratory and in terrain. Very important task will be the selection, testing and eventually the proposal of pertinent core function for given analyses on railway structures. Core function herewith unambigitiously sets up properties of given transform and as well the suitability of useof given transform for factual application.
