The following main tasks will be solved. Basic mechanical, thermal and hygric parameters of threshold level and newly designed fiber composites will be determined in dependence on temperature, moisture and mechanical load, the changes of their structure and composition to characterize their principal physical-chemical, mechanical, thermal-engineering and fire-safety related use properties will be studied.
