"Physical models of discharge process between a lightning conductor and a cloud and the experimental confirming of them"@en . . "The physical model of the long gas spark ,which has been improved within the framework of the project GA \u010CR 102/94/1214, could be used in further theoretically or technically important fields. The physical model of the lightning discharge channel creation is one of them. It can be built up if the thermal ionisation in elder parts of the discharge path will be taken into account. Further we plan to respect the statistic deviations of the discharge path in the programm for the breakdown and we wand to make a use of it in the field of lightning protection. We have found another chance to exploit the result of the project GA \u010CR/94/102/1214 developping physical model of discharges in a long gap with more exposed cathode, where the discharge activity takesplace in the vicinity of both electrodes. The results of the theoretical studies may be verified experimentally, because the institution of the joint applicant is equipped by a unique high voltage laboratory with a generator of the output voltage of 5 M"@en .
