Structures and solution possibilities of current operational amplifier (COA) with differential current input and multi-port current output will be examined together with solution conception of current sources with unity transfer and differential input or differential output. Selected structures will be tested in the CMOS technology. These structures are expected to achieve bandwidths of as much as 100 to 120 MHz.
