"The project aim is to find a methodology for optimum creation of algorithms for digital signal processing using digital signal processors and the Multiple Data technology, and its dedicated application to modern methods of digital processing of musical and speech signals. Research into and analyses of modern microprocessor and digital signal processor architectures show that to process signals in real time the maximum computation power of digital signal processors must be made use of while simultaneously minimizing the size of program and data memories, and power supply. In the theoretical part, research will mainly focus on digital signal processing, the Fourier and wavelet analyses, theory of systems, and the application of theory of signal flow graphs to audio signal processing in real time.
