"The main purpose of this project is a systematic development and optimisation of unconventional frequency filters for exacting utilisation and their application for the analog signal processing, especially in the higher frequency band 1 MHz up to 10 GHz.There are expected ARC realisations up to 50 MHz, RCL up to 1 GHz, and microstrip realisation above 1 GHz. In the area of the synthesis of RCl non-ladder filters, our effort will be concentrated on the high-frequency high-order filters with shape frequency responses. Here the classical ladder structures lead to serious realisation problems. The partial aims are also the filter optimisation with complex loads, the filter tuning, the optimum solution of non-standard approximation tasks and the optimum realisations. The optimisation of sharp filters with good phase properties is a further perspective area.
