Research will be performed in the stationary as well as oscillatory regimes of inhalation/exhalation for several flow rates, frequency and tidal volume. The model will consist of extrathoracic region and tracheo-bronchial tree down to 6th generation. One model will be fabricated by Rapid Prototyping from 3D scans acquired form CT. The second model was obtained from Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute in\u00A0Albuquerque,\u00A0USA. This model is a silicon rubber model and available is also the primary wax model to made several replicas. Aerosol will be generated from Condensation generator in the range from 0.1 to 12 microns.
