"Until present time the impact of energy management upon the quality of the water in natural water reservoirs has been measured by means of various theoretically - experimental mathematical models. These models have been imported and developed for different hydrosphere and climatically conditions. Moreover, to obtain sufficient data input has been very difficult due to complicated measurement of instantaneous state of water quantities.Since the early 90 the situation have got some better, when thesublevel automatically data stores RCM-7 have been introduced. However, the work is very expensive and proceeds very slowly, because it is necessary to anchor the apparatus to the ground and let it float in a selected place.
