"The subject of the proposed project is to develop an integrated set of software tools as a support for automated assessment of architectural design of a structure. The emphasis is put on procedures of the so-called generative design, which, when supplied with flexible information tools, naturally result in optimized design of a building, not only from the aesthetic point of view, but also in optimal utilization of materials and technologies used. Based on experience accumulated during the previous cooperation of the applicant and the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague, the adopted approach systematically builds on a modular principle to achieve maximum synergy with existing products in the commercial and open-source communities. The resulting product will contribute to significant speedup and increased interaction between architects and engineers, thereby contributing to savings in the whole process of structural a design and building construction."@en .
