"*Coating of surface of the tools significantly increases their resistance to abrasion, improves tribological properties (friction coefficient) and extends thus their service life. In the proposed project we intend to create a new generation of coatings, when by enhancement of their structural-mechanical characteristics we will achieve increase of hardness with simultaneous improvement of tribologial properties. One of the ways at coating in plasma environment consists in creation of oriented structure of the coating, which is achieved by combination of current bias and temperature.
