The obtained data on food composition were workwd out by the database INFORMIX compatible to the similar Data Banks in EU. In present days, there is necessarry, to produce the similar data bank in Czech Republic, that should be disposal to professional, as well as to general public in Czech Republic and could be used relating to other European partners.
