However, the concept of efficiently working teams is still somewhat disregarded in universities\u2019 workplaces. The goal of the present project targets this issue by executing actions that would accomplish the following objectives : Definition of a concept of research teams applicable in the university environment, Implementation and evaluation of this concept with respect to qualitative and efficiency metrics, and Creation of a system for motivation of students for the career in research.
