"Present road network in the Czech Republic has exactly defined shape from the point of view of traffic level, but its capacities, as mathematics-physical characteristics at numerously large cross sections and cross-roads are in conflict with everyday activities of the Czech population or foreigners. Intensities, as a mathematics-statistical characteristics of activities results of large sets of drivers are the similitude of capacities, they constantly increase (statistically at sets of personal vehicles) and the phenomenon of mutual confrontation of both characteristics (congestion) is still more frequent. In intravilan there is even interception of traffic column in a number of places. Some critical places of communication network have an obvious impact on driver decisions when choosing their route.
