Jestli\u017Ee o\u010Dek\u00E1v\u00E1me kvalitu vzd\u011Bl\u00E1v\u00E1n\u00ED od preprim\u00E1rn\u00EDho k terci\u00E1rn\u00EDmu vzd\u011Bl\u00E1v\u00E1n\u00ED, resp. kvalitn\u00ED p\u0159\u00EDpravu budouc\u00EDch odborn\u00EDk\u016F v jednotliv\u00FDch odv\u011Btv\u00EDch trhu, je nevyhnuteln\u00E1 podpora, resp. z\u00E1jem o osobn\u00ED, profesion\u00E1ln\u00ED pot\u0159eby a o\u010Dek\u00E1v\u00E1n\u00ED za\u010D\u00EDnaj\u00EDc\u00EDch u\u010Ditel\u016F. Po ukon\u010Den\u00ED studia u\u010Ditel\u016F neexistuje \u017E\u00E1dn\u00E1 zp\u011Btn\u00E1 vazba o pracovn\u00EDm za\u0159azen\u00ED absolvent\u016F, o \u00FArovni jejich p\u0159ipravenosti do praxe, o pr\u00E1ci s obt\u00ED\u017En\u00FDmi situacemi v pr\u00E1ci jako i problematika uv\u00E1d\u011Bj\u00EDc\u00EDch u\u010Ditel\u016F. Z tohoto hlediska se projekt zab\u00FDv\u00E1 pot\u0159ebami, o\u010Dek\u00E1v\u00E1n\u00EDmi a r\u016Fstem v oblasti osobnostn\u00EDch a profesion\u00E1ln\u00EDch zp\u016Fsobilost\u00ED za\u010D\u00EDnaj\u00EDc\u00EDch u\u010Ditel\u016F preprim\u00E1rn\u00EDho a\u017E terci\u00E1rn\u00EDho vzd\u011Bl\u00E1v\u00E1n\u00ED. Projekt koncipuje ot\u00E1zky odborn\u00E9 a osobnostn\u00ED p\u0159\u00EDpravy na u\u010Ditelsk\u00E9 povol\u00E1n\u00ED, probl\u00E9mov\u00FDch oblast\u00ED v u\u010Ditelsk\u00E9 praxi za\u010D\u00EDnaj\u00EDc\u00EDch u\u010Ditel\u016F, ot\u00E1zku uv\u00E1d\u011Bj\u00EDc\u00EDho u\u010Ditele v \u010CR a na Slovensku, jako i struktury \u010Dinitel\u016F profesion\u00E1ln\u00EDho a osobnostn\u00EDho r\u016Fstu za\u010D\u00EDnaj\u00EDc\u00EDch u\u010Ditel\u016F. "Not only an interest of teacher training programmes but also a motivation of trainee teachers to remain in Czech Republic (CR) and Slovak Republic (SR) education are now significantly decreasing. If we expert quality of education from pre-elementary to tertiary education, or training quality of future specialists in individual sectors of the market, a support is necessary, or the interest of personal and professional needs and the expectations of the trainee teachers. After the graduation of teacher training programmes there is no feedback on the employment status of graduates, their level of readiness for teaching practice, on coping with difficult situations in teaching, as well as mentioning the issue of senior teachers. From this perspective, the project deals with the needs, expectations and growth in personal and professional skills of trainee teachers from pre-elementary to tertiary education. The project draws on professional and personal training for the teacher profession, troublesome areas in the teaching practice of trainee teachers, the issue of senior teacher in the CR and SR as well as the structure of factors of professional and personal growth of trainee teachers. The project focuses on monitoring and screening of needs concerning personal and professional development and expectations of trainee teachers at all levels of education, from the pre-elementary to the tertiary level of education in the CR and SR.
