Based on our previous research, a modification of following steps of reclamation processes may affect substantially the development of soil biota and their role in pedogenesis: 1) proper indication of toxicity and adequate reclamation of heap substrates, 2) modification of micro-relief of heaps by levelling and 3) selection of tree species planted. The project aim is to find possibilities of improving soil biota development in forest reclamations of post mining landscape by modification of currently used reclamation practices.
