"Project is planned to be goal-directed and applied research. It brings new technology approaches mainly in the field of nanotechnologies, that will be adjusted for new family of microsensors for chemical analysis. New principles and procedures will be created, enabling combination of thick- and thin-film technology with these nanotechnologies. Another goal is to find optimal diagnostic methods for analysis of created nanostructures. The project concentrates to charcterization of impedence characteristics of microsensors and their relation to technology and measured variable. The research team puts the brain to this field for many years, the team validated many engineering techniques and developed new methods of measurement. Project is based on strong background and aims to industrial applications. Nearby the procedures themselves new electronic circuits for sensors will be researched and implemented in advanced form as the microchips for SMART, high precision and stable microsensors."@en .
