Hydrological conditions in this basin will be described and influence of climate change will be evaluated. It will be proposed the methodology for design of measures, which will provide requested amount of withdrawals. Technical measures increasing storage capacity will be preferred, but flood protection and soil conservation will be taken account. The project deals with both surface water and groundwater resources. Effect of proposed measures will be estimated for current condition and for climate change scenario for short-term outlook."@en .
