"The proposed project will be aimed at research on defined problems associated with grain quality of cereals in order to complete the system of securing a sufficient amount of high-quality raw material for food purposes in the CR. It will be based on bothexact field experiments and laboratory tests and analyses. The research will focus on varietal aspects and impacts of late nitrogen fertilization of wheat used in practice on grain quality, effects of fungicide active ingredients on grain quality, andstudy of dormancy in spring malting barley. Effects of forecrops and variety assortment on desired quality of the harvest will be studied. The research will be completed with analyses of representative sets of wheat, barley and rye samples in order to determine and evaluate each year actual quality of cereals in the CR. Results of evaluation will be provided to state administration and then for use in business practice. The project will be finished by the development of a model of optimized cereal cr"@en . .
