"Tuberculosis in animals - inprovement of diagnostic methods and herds protections"@en . . "0"^^ . "The changes in the system of farming implemented recently in the Czech Republic brought also the change in the previously favourable epidemiological situation of bovine tuberculosis, avian tuberculosis, paratuberculosis and other mycobacterial diseases. The risk of futher spreading of those infections among domestic animals, wild animals kept in farms, animals from zoological gardens and subsequently to the animals in the nature is thus increasing. In addition, transmission of the causal agents to breeders and consumers of food of animal origin cannot be excludet. Therefore the research will be oriented to the improvement of diagnostic methods of these infections, under new conditions, using conventional methods including implementation and employment of the methods of molecular biology (PCR, RFLP etc.). The sources of infection and ways of spreading of important mycobacterial species will be monitored, based on epidemiological investigations, as the economic losses in infected herds are increasing an"@en . Rovn\u011B\u017E nelze vylou\u010Dit p\u0159enos tuberkul\u00F3zy skotu (Mycobacterium bovis) a avi\u00E1rn\u00ED tuberkul\u00F3zy (Mycobacterium avium) na chovatele a konzumenty \u017Eivo\u010Di\u0161n\u00FDch produkt\u016F. V\u00FDzkum proto bude zam\u011B\u0159en zejm\u00E9na na zdokonalov\u00E1n\u00ED metod diagnostiky s vyu\u017Eit\u00EDm klasick\u00FDch metod v\u010Detn\u011B metod molekul\u00E1rn\u00ED biologie (PCR, RFLP a dal\u0161\u00ED). D\u016Fraz bude kladen na zrychlen\u00ED identifikace izolovan\u00FDch mykobakteri\u00E1ln\u00EDch kmen\u016F metodou PCR a na studium epizootologie metodou DNA fingerprinting.
