"1"^^ . . "The proposed project will contain a compilation of quality and authenticity of fruit and vegetables products and semiproducts. The compilation will be completed by an overview of analytical procedures allowing evaluation of quality and authenticity of products and semiproducts (including the standard EU procedures and new analytical methods as well). The implemented EU procedures and new developed methods will be validated and used for analyses of samples of different types of fruit and vegateble products and semiproducts. The objectives of this project are: implementation of EU standard procedures, propositions to revise or improve the Czech standard methods, implementation of the evaluation of adultheration to practice in Czech Republic."@en . .
