"Major objectives of the projects include the development and application of new screening methods for a trace detection of herbicides based on phenoxyalkanoic acids and s-triazines, polychlorinated biphenyls, veterinary drugs and other topical pesticidesand chemical contaminants. Enzyme immunoassays (ELISA) developed in the previous research project for atrazine, simazine, 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D), 2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid (MCPA), sulfadimidine and some other analytes will be e valuated for practical use in different matrices (water, soil, feeds, food). The proposed project will enrich the range of developed immunoanalytical methods based on the requirements of regulatory agencies and will reflect methodical and technological improvements in the world trends.
